Foothill Flyers Running Club Membership Application

Membership fee is $20.00 (present to March 31, 2011) for the first member (primary) living at one household address and $10 for each additional adult household member.

Membership entitles you to participate as a full voting member in all club activities, discounts at Run With Us, and receive the monthly newsletter. Fun runs are every Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m. Runs start from the parking lot at REI, located on the corner of Santa Anita and Santa Clara avenues in Arcadia. You can use the REI changing room if you come directly from work.

To join or renew, you have two methods to choose from:

Online with your credit card by entering your information and submitting it to our secure web server for processing. You will receive an email confirmation. You can also enter the information for up to two additional household members at this web site.

Download, and print and fill out this pdf application form. Use a separate form for each additional member. You can postal mail it in with your check or give the form, check or cash to the club treasurer, Sharee Allen, at the Wednesday night fun run - only the fee and signed forms received at the same time will be accepted.
